Tai chi is a noncompetitive martial art known for its defence techniques and its health benefits. It comprises of gentle physical exercise and stretching with mindfulness. It improves balance, fitness, and flexibility, and reduces pain and the symptoms of depression.
The student learns to fight against themselves; their own inner enemies, and defeat them, cultivating self awareness, wisdom, self confidence, health and patience.
Prenatal yoga is proven to reduces stress and anxiety, and helps to improve sleep. Most importantly it helps the mother to relate and learn about her child before birth, and is a proven means of helping to develop a healthy and loving relationship between child and mother.

Aerial yoga combines the benefits of flexibility, strength and balance found in traditional yoga with the unique conditioning of aerial dance & play. A modern practice the disicpline makes use of silk hammocks in which the participant learns to stretch and balance in ways that yield results rapidly whilst having fun and enjoying the sensation of suspended yoga.
This discipline is known for its benifits in decompressing the spine, increasing strength and flexibility, and bringing a greater awareness of the body.
Yoga for Kids
By practicing yoga children can learn how to use their bodies in a healthy way and feel part of a group in a healthy and non competitive way, the true benifits of which are so meaningful and confidence building that kids really learn to open up and enhance their flexibilty and adaptability both physically and mentally.
They learn to manage stress through breathing, awareness and meditation, build their concentration and increase their confidence and positive self-image.

On a physical level, Reiki helps to relieve pain, migraines, arthritis, sciatica. It also helps with symptoms of asthma, chronic fatigue, menopausal symptoms, and insomnia.
